As I said in my last review, this hotel was excellent. The accommodations were great; the staff was efficient and friendly; and dining recommendations (Fat Olive) were wonderful. This Wyndham property was levels above our previous (10/9-10/2024) stay at La Quinta Albuquerque Northeast.

Diapite being on the 1st floor for the week, I can honestly say the hotel was really quite. Didn’t even hear any road traffic. The only reason for a 4 star review is because the mattress had some worn out springs and didn't support the lower back vary well. The property was clean, convenient, safe and quite. Friendly staff as well.

The front desk lady was unpleasant. First got there she was complaining her computer wasn’t working and another lady came and checked us in. On the way out, same crank said “just leave the keys in this box”. No offer to help check out. Almost like she was inconvenienced away from that same not working computer.

The property was absolutely immaculate. The bathroom was a litttle tight but really, not a problem because everything was so clean it made up for it. The staff was always polite and helpful. The only negative about my stay actually would have been the same no matter what hotel I stayed in. The train that runs through the city MANY times a night blows the whistle 11 times each pass. No way can one sleep with the window open. Obviously not the fault of the hotel.

Decent but noise is an issue.
The room was clean. The walls are very thin that you can hear footsteps above. There is constant loud noises like train that is happening during the night. Rough sleep as it was loud in surrounding area.
