It took 45 minutes to check it and things were said that couldn't be honored. She had to call the manager 3 times to help. There were 6 people waiting to check in behind me, and I waited 20 minutes for her to help the one person ahead of me.

We booked 2 nights and all the roads to Flagstaff got closed down, after being in the car for half a day we had to turn around. The next day the roads opened and we went to go check in at the hotel, they said we couldn’t check in before 4pm without paying a fee & we would be charged a no show fee. The roads closing was completely out of our control! There was nothing we could do to prevent that. The receptionist was so unfriendly and cold, then one the managers came and was no help at all. Terrible customer service. We stay at this hotel multiple times a year and always enjoy it but the service we received was shocking.

My family and I have stayed at this property multiple times. We absolutely love it. The outdoor fire pits, grassy area, lounge/general store are lovely. While we were eating our dinner on the super comfortable couches and lounge chairs, we grabbed a chessboard and had a fabulous time.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. They were able to accommodate an early check in for us and our room was great! Two very comfortable beds, a clean bathroom and the self serve coffee was a very unique touch in the room! We arrived just on time for a winter storm to hit Flagstaff and we were so happy to be here as there was so much to do! We played pool, board games and met new friends in the lobby. The only complaint I have is that the hot tub which was outdoors, was not heated and pretty cold. Mind you, this review is coming from a Canadian and for mid March weather. Considering it is coming out of winter, I expected a hot tub to be better heated. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and the hotel was great! Will stay again for any future travel to the area.

A real gem in Flagstaff

Came up to Flagstaff for a few days off and found this gem right on Route 66, less than a mile from downtown. Room was just right, and the bed and pillows were terrific. The bar and dining area were really convenient, and while there wasn't a great selection for dinner, what they had was great. Best of all was the hot tub. Nothing like walking through freezing temps and getting into a hot tub. Really enjoyed this place and would definitely put it at the top of the list for our next visit
