Quiet and comfortable. Probably the best shower head in any hotel I've stayed at. Elevator was not operational. Staff was very friendly. The only downside is no complimentary breakfast. I would absolutely stay there again.

Nice Hotel and Good Customer Service

The check-in staff were very helpful, personable and friendly. The room was wonderfully decorated and cute. There was an overly off-gassing odor of the new material or the cleaning products and subsequently, I got a headache. This is the reason for a few of the four stars. I would book this hotel again and recommend it to others.

Great hotel service was VERY lacking.

Check in was not good at all. Went to hand me two cookies and my room keys and I had NOT even checked in. They were for a couple seated at the coffee bar. Checking out was even FORSE. Could NOT print me a receipt. They had two printers that did NOT work. So I have to check if I received my $150.00 back they took out for a deposit and did NOT even tell me until I ckecked in about this fee. I was NOT happy. Room was great, NEW hotel.

When you're traveling you want a clean comfortable bed, and that is what you get here. Very comfortable new beds, Egyptian cotton sheets. No train noise! Spacious room with more than you might expect.
