The resturant here is wonderful. Food is outstanding and with expected prices. Frint desk staff is not the friendliest. They certainly give the ompression they hate their job or career choice. The grounds are beautiful and the outdoor pool area feels like an all i clusive resort. Very well done, clean and mulitple options. I cannot speak for the remodeled rooms,I was in a room in the 5000 level, thrid floor. My room had old carpets, dirty. The bathroom was very out of date. Almond colored toilet and tub and chipped tile. The enitre room was approximately 25-30 years out of date. The only phine was next to the toilet. Beds were comfy. USB ports everywhere. The A/C was lackluster. Struggled to get the temp down the first day. I would like to give it a try again, but maybe in one of the remodeled rooms. The location was PERFECT. 4 min drive to the grand canyon and lots of stores, resturants and the such nearby. I just hope they finish remodeling someday.

Had a wonderful stay! Large rooms comfortable beds! Nice pool and spas! Good food! Close to grand canyon! Great for pup walks on property! We liked the motel rooms for convenience of language to carry to room. But of course they have suit case carts so no big deal for most people.

Great for family
This is a gem of a hotel, especially for a family. Everywhere you look there is something fun to do. 2 pools, a bowling alley, an arcade, E-bike rentals, and 2 nice restaurants. Reasonable price for a hotel that has more than most and is still relatively small.

Sadly only 1 night but the hotel is packed full of amenities and very family friendly - arcade, smores , elk and multiple dining or quick serve options . Only negative is waiting in line for the free coffee.

Stayed here for our Grand Canyon wedding 5 years ago and decided to stay again. Clean property with friendly staff. Only issue is that i called a week prior to ask staff to put something in the room (thinking flowers, candy,etc.) for our anniversary and id pay for it. Also requested helicopter tour info. She said she would send the info to my email and forward the request to the manager and she would contact me to work something out. Never got the info and manager never called. After we checked in, got a knock on the door and received a goody bag with a discount card for food, a card that said happy anniversary, and a bag of Cheezits....seriously. Gee thanks... We plan on returning to GC every 5 years of marriage. Will, unfortunately, not stay here again.

Excellent option just 10 minutes from the view
Everything was excellent, services, theme, food, ambient, size and comfort of the rooms, the only reason i give it 4 stars is because the refrigeration malfunctioned and by the time we reported the issue it was to late to change rooms, they provide a fan to help with the heat. Next morning the people at the front desk were to busy to get bothered with such a little concern and just gave us the quick answer that they were to pass the complaint to the manager. At the end such person got in contact with us and offered a sincere apology an offer to get rid of fees and some of the cost of the stay so it was a nice gesture that showed care and empathy.

Management capitalize from property location, rooms suppose to be renovated 20y ago, they renovated lobby and restaurants, but rooms have strong mold issues, and bathrooms are outdated( been outdated 20y ago),only cool thing is hotel location and they know that ,for that they are not pushed to improving
