Liked desk staff ( Cathy ) location just off plaza Nueva and Main Streets just next to Albacin and cathedral. Loads of good restaurants, cafes, shopping and great access to the sights. a little noisy as the steer cleaners and restaurants and stores are re supplied in the early morning but not a major issue.v Comfortable room and bed. Very well cared for. Good elevators. Connection to internet was for some reason a little patchy. Hotel router always on but the outside connection to internet went on and off- may be a local city issue.

Excellent stop if only spending 2 days in Granada
Hotel is really well positioned for all the major attractions of Granada, but finding it when driving is a nightmare. Take the train then get a taxi. Room was large, clean and reasonably fresh. We had a junior suite with a balcony. Don't be fooled by the 'balcony". There's no view other than the building opposite.

Great place to stay. Room was great along with the terrace that we had. Bathroom is way too small. The food choices were extremely limited for the buffet breakfast. The smallest range of foods were seen in any of the hotels in the five cities we’ve been. Nothing warm.

The hotel was perfect for me. Very close to everything that mattered. 8 min walk to the Alhambra and the beautiful cluster of restaurants and cafes in the area. Sara was amazing, very nice and attentive. The room had a vintage charm good enough for one person and great just for sleeping after a whole day of walking.

We loved our suite. The room was comfortable and clean. The included breakfast was very yummy! The staff was wonderful and helpful. The location was perfect for shopping and visiting the Alhambra. The only negative was that the bathroom had a sliding door that did not offer much privacy. We will book again if we are ever in Granada again!

I loved the decor. The hotel had a wonderful scent. The breakfast was good. The staff was accommodating. We had a leaky AC unit which dripped on the bed. They allowed us to change rooms. We had 1 room for 4 people. The loft room. They gave us 2 rooms bc of the leak. This worked out much better. We didnt realize the loft was small when we booked. We had lots of luggage and the hotel has stairs not ramps.This made it hard to move around.

Ask for quiet room
Good location but our room overlooking a street with cafes and bars was very noisy. Breakfast is ok good coffee machine but for some reason the pastries/ croissants every morning were either overcooked or old couldn’t tell. Some cheese and ham but no hot items.

Great hotel in a perfect location
Great hotel in a perfect location. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sarah on the front desk. She went out of her way to ensure we were fully briefed on the things to do and places to go. One of our plans was to see a flamenco show in a cave and Sarah advised which one was the best and also booked the show for us. It was sensational and Sarah took the hassle of choosing which show to go to away from us. She also arranged and booked the right option for a trip to the famous Alhambra. We chose valet parking at this venue and that too was seamless with Jose dealing with everything. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was very good and the lady who looked after that was very pleasant and efficient at keeping everything clean and replenished. Granada was a great city to visit and if we were ever to go back, we wouldn’t hesitate in booking this hotel.
