It's a nice hotel, maybe a little outdated but the staff were very friendly and helped us make a dinner reservation. Our room had an issue with the A/C, very hot.

I walked from the train station to the hotel and was very convenient. Doesn’t require climbing up any stairs with my luggage. Excellent location to most of the main sites and old town. Room was clean and though location is central, it was also quiet. Great stay,

Very convenient location in central Granada. Just a short walk to the cathedral and lot of restaurants and shops. The hotel is very new - or at least recently remodeled. We added the buffet breakfast which was excellent.

Wonderful 3-night stay. Staff (English-speaking) go out of their way to be helpful. Beautiful room; impeccably clean. Excellent breakfast--highly recommend. Small spa is a separate business with very limited hours and services can be a bit awkward but it is modern, very clean, and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location close to most of the popular sites. Still quiet area to be able to sleep at night. Walkable to dining, shopping, sightseeing. Room was clean. I liked the medium firm bed, was perfect for me. I walked to the hotel from the train station and liked that i didn’t have to climb any stairs to get to the hotel. Shower had good water pressure. I walked up couple blocks and had breakfast and dinner at the international diner. Another block up is a McDonald’s to charge your phone on the table midday.

Our stay was excellent and they dealt with our rental car. Breakfast was good and the wine bar at the end of the street was excellent! The only issue was a weird noise that happened all night the second night. Still great stay

First, the staff was great. Second, the location was fine. Those two elements make us give it two stars. The noise destroyed the stay. This hotel needs to invest in double windows and hard core doors. Some rooms may be ok, but my guess is that since we used Expedia for the better price, we paid for it in non-stop noise. From our third floor room we could even hear conversations from the street all day and through the NIGHT!.
