Very nice room with a comfortable bed. Staff at reception were very helpful. Two negatives: the room side window had no curtains or covering so light shone in all night; housekeeping staff entered the room within two seconds of knocking so I had no chance to ask them to wait a moment.

Very nice new hotel. We liked that check in/check out were 2pm/12 noon. Nice location in the commercial district with a shopping mall right opposite. We walked to the cathedral and Albaicin. Nice bar and swimming pool on the roof. The only issue we had was that our (three person) room was strangely laid out. It’s not that the room was small but the layout and lots or furniture pieces made it cramped.

Poor service at rooftop bar. Only interested in diners. Chose to spend early evening at the rooftop bar and while we were sitting with drinks in hand staff started adding a table to our existing table and setting up the table for diners. We were invisible even though we were buying drinks. The first occasion we let it go but they did the same on another evening. Also noticed others being been directed away from table that were available.

I liked breakfast. It was a huge buffet, and the food was delicious. I also liked the swimming pool, although it could be a little bit bigger. The elevators were confusing at the beginning but later it was OK. I really recommend to stay in this hotel!
