There was no hot water for shower at night they say due to many people taking shower the Caldera did not had a performance to hit up a great amount of water to supply the demand. I was in disbelief!!!

Tudo maravilhoso. O atendimento, o quarto, o café da manhã… Não tive do que reclamar. A taxa de 10% cobrada ao final do estadia é singela diante da experiência. Hotel excelente!

Hotel nom, mas permite que hospedes sejam importun
O hotel é bom. O café da manhã delicioso, ponto alto da estadia. O quarto muito limpo. Os funcionários educadissimos. Pontos ruins: O ar condicionado vazou agua e molhou muito o chão do quarto. A tv nao tinha canais bons. O pior, permitirem o pessoal da GAV importunar os hospedes. Voce tem que andar se escondendo porque a todo momento eles vem te abordar. E nao se enganem, a visita nunca é de 20 minutos. Se te pegam, te prendem no minimo 1:30h. Como vou muito a Gramado, sei as manhas para fugir deles ou ganhar os presentes sem perder muito do meu tempo. Mas tenho pena de quem nao conhece a cidade e perde horas sendo enganado em troca de uma janta ou de chocolate. A gAV virou uma praga na cidade.

Péssima experiência. Além do valor que você já paga eles te dão uma surpresa no checkout que é uma taxa de 10% do valor que já pagou. O quarto que fiquei estava em péssimas condições. Tive que pedir diversas vezes pra limparem o quarto até conseguir. Não volto e não recomendo!

Boa estadia.
Hotel bem localizado, funcionários educados, cafe da manha delicioso. Somente duas coisas me incomodaram um pouco: os concierges que te abordam pra te encherem de propostas e não sabem a hora de parar quando o hóspede não quer nada e o outro problema foi os impostos que tive que pagar la na acomodação. O de turismo beleza, mais o de 10% da estadia foi complicado, sendo que quando reservei, o que mais paguei foi imposto por eu residir em outro estado, pensei que tinha pago tudo. Não fui informado sobre esse outro. Tirando isso tudo bem.

Excelente custo/benefício.
Estadia boa. Relação custo/benefício para a época do Natal Luz excelente. Achei o colchão um pouco duro e o café, apesar da boa variedade, era as mesmas coisas todos os dias.
