Estava tudo ótimo! A vista do hotel é de tirar o fôlego!! Água da piscina super quentinha, espaço kids amplo e com bastante brinquedos, o café da manhã tudo estava fresquinho o pão de queijo e o bolo de chocolate 😋😋😋 são uma delícia!!! Os funcionários todos muito educados e atenciosos, fiquei no quarto que tinha mini cozinha, não tinha os utensílios, mas liguei para recepção e peguei tudo no restaurante muito tranquilo quanto a isso!

Laghetto Toscana - muito bom

Segunda vez que ficamos na rede Laghetto. Muito bom o hotel (Toscana), o conforto, o café da manhã, a piscina aquecida (toalhas disponíveis), brinquedoteca boa para nosso pequeno, o atendimento e receptividade dos funcionários. A única coisa que foi desagradável foi o "convite" para conhecer um projeto de investimento. A maneira de abordar com um presente para os hóspedes (um chamariz) e o decorrer do discurso (não claro) acabou deixando a situação desagradável. Fora isso, tudo muito bom.

Olá, o atendimento impecável, a única coisa me me deixou muito decepcionada foi o café da manhã, que não é mais servido com a qualidade de antigamente. Já conhecia o Toscana e frequentava muito há cerca de uns 15 anos atrás, tudo era maravilhoso e o café era inesquecível. Por isso fiquei tão decepcionada, pois cheguei esperando encontrar o mesmo Toscana de antigamente.

Já fiquei em vários hotéis da rede, esse é um dos mais simples. Cama confortável, toalhas bem finas (poderia ter uma melhor qualidade), salão do café da manhã muito pequeno, gerando filas enormes. A vista da recepção é incrível.

Já havia me hospedado no Laghetto Toscana e a qualidade caiu. Atendimento e café da manhã do Laghetto Toscana apenas razoáveis. Fiquei também no Laghetto Golden com atendimento bem superior.
