Fascinante e encantador

O hotel em si é muito bom com ótimo atendimento de todos os funcionários. Não demos nota máxima devido a pequenos problemas ocorridos como a falta de luz que durou cerca de 3 horas a noite e o hotel não conseguiu ligar o gerador ou sei se tinham. A banheira do nosso quarto estava com um vazamento e a lixeira enferrujada pra um hotel com uma diária alta como a deles. No entanto tirando esses pontos o hotel e magnifico principalmente pra quem viaja com crianças. Sendo um verdadeiro conto de fadas do chocolate. Voltaria de novo neste hotel com certeza.

Fiquei hospedado com minha família de 4 pessoas, sendo 2 adultos, uma criança de 3 anos e 1 bebê. O atendimento e atenção dos funcionários é excelente, porém achei a suíte um pouco apertada, não foi tão confortável assim. O café da manhã também não foi o que esperávamos, apesar da variedade, achei que poderia ter uma qualidade melhor dos itens.

Hotel muito especial! O atendimento de todos os funcionários é o grande diferencial. Checkin kids super afetuoso e o checkin dos adultos foi ágil e acolhedor. The, o alquimista, tem uma memória incrível, lembrando o nome da minha filha, que só ouviu no checkin, no dia seguinte. Não atribui nota máxima a tudo, pois as paredes da área da piscina precisariam de nova pintura. Entendo que é muita unidade, mas... Outro ponto que fez não atribuir nota máxima é que achei poucas opções de recreação para criança por ser hotel temático. O café da manhã é um espetáculo!!! Também fomos no chá real. Tem alguns pequenos diferenciais, contudo, não fica atrás do café da manhã. Como sugestão, na piscina poderia ter mais decoração que remeta ao universo do chocolate. A piscina é ótima, aquecida, mas não há alusão ao universo Chocoland.

Não tem Espaco Kids, não tem copa, Não disponibilizam toalhas pra piscina e não tem chinelos para caminhar no quarto. Não tem pátio e sendo um hotel temático não tem muita atividade pra criança.

Perfeição em hotel

Ja fiquei em mais de 15 hoteis em gramado, e esse até agora foi o melhor, esse hotel nos deixa sentir como se fossemos um mebro da familia real britânica. Ao q pensam q esse hotel é mais pra crianças está enganado, ele é pra todos os públicos e claro q as crianças vão ficar no paraíso. Todos os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos não nos deixa ter trabalho com nada nos dão ta assistência possível, somos bem tratados de verdade, não q nos outros não somos, mas nesse em específico é muito além dos outros.
