Great Service all around

Great customer service from the front desk to the cleaning crew. Breakfast was well stocked and very convenient for us on the move. We were very impressed with it all and will definitely stay here again if we ever visit Graham again

It was clean staff was friendly not a bunch of walking to get to the room there was an accurate towl in the bathroom when we got there my daughter had a rough night and they offered milk and if we need anything and they'll do their best to help with what we needed and very understanding

Hotel is conveniently located in central Graham. It is a little outdated. Rooms are clean. Needs to be cleaned around behind property, what appears to be a hidden dump area is viewed by some back rooms.

Extremely disappointed with hotel. 1.Only 1 of 3 ice machines working in hotel 2. tv not working, 3. Beds looks nice and big mattress but both beds had sinks holes after sleeping 4. Shower didn't work and handle fell off 5. There was a noise that sounded like a coffee percolator all night long. I gave them a 1 star due to that being the lowest. I was scotting area for group of 50 in July. I would drive additional time to Possum kingdom lake ,well you get the point

The hotel was clean and the staff are amazing. We got there, our hot water wasn’t as hot as we like, the front desk clerk fixed it on the spot. That was great customer service and we appreciated the service. Nice hot breakfast, eggs, bacon, biscuits, pastries, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal and cereal. I would definitely stay here again!
