Comfortable Room Plus Free Parking

Very comfortable room plus free parking which is always an asset. Good selection at breakfast. In an ideal location in South Goulburn. Room was very quiet even next to a busy truck location.

Noisy front room....

Beautiful appointed room, but the oversight of having the masterbed in the kitchen is odd. We were in room 149, close to the road, with all morning hotel traffic adding to a noisy experience. The fridge hummed loudly on and off all night. The easy fix would be to swap the single beds with the queen and move the adults into the separate room. Otherwise, all other factors were fine.

Quick yet Best in Comfort

Very very comfortable room. We drove 1200 km that day and had another 1200km to go. We were upgraded to the 2 bedroom villa, actually it was queen bed in the main area and a second room with 3 singles. Room is great, amenities great, beds were extremely comfortable. Thank you

Look forward to returning

This would be our fourth or fifth stay here and once again we have been overall very happy. This is our number one pick and look forward to staying again on the next visit. A well appointed room, spacious and clean. A nice quiet property with easy access off the Hume Hwy and a very safe environment. Great parking. The standard of the Mercure chain meet our expectations and do not disappoint. If we could suggest any improvement we would recommend a USB point or two and maybe a chair or small couch given the rooms are spacious enough to take another piece of furniture. We did read a review about the air freshener and have to agree that it was quite overbearing when entering the room.

Mercure is always an amazing stay. The staff are lovely, the rooms are fabulous, the restaurant when we use it is top quality. We’ve used Mercure for over 3 years now whenever we head to Goulburn or travel to Sydney; always making Mercure our pit stop from Victoria

It was entirely up to my expectations for the price we paid. Very pleased. Friendly and competent staff - always so important! Given that the dining room was closed in the evenings over the holiday period, a pamphlet explaining the various dining options could have been placed nearby. Breakfast was great.
