Room 18 Microwave no cutlery or crockery No soap/dispensar for vanity in bathroom Curtain holey and part off tracks No hot water late at night or next morning-manager next morning trying to fix No steakhouse restaurant-but sign out front and reception says steakhouse Hotels.com also mentioned steakhouse Unfortunately no restaurant Motel overall needs a overhaul

When you sit up in bed and lean back against the headboard, the bed rolled away from the wall. The bed need locks on the castors. Why do motels have taps that you cannot fit the electric jug under? Other than those two minor things, our stay was very good.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the overall presentation of this room, grubby curtains which didn’t close properly, unsafe with powerpoint hanging out the wall and unable to chain lock the door with chain missing. Very old and worn bedding, uncomfortable mattress. No grassed area for pets.

I loved this motel, such great value for money. I felt safe, it was quiet, bottom stairs dog friendly. But what got me was the cleanliness. I was a cleaner for 4 years so I pay attention to detail…I couldn’t fault it. From top to bottom. The motel is very lucky to have such fabulous staff. Everything was so easy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!!

The bed, though comfortable, moved from the bedhead so could not sit up in bed to read or watch TV. Shower door did not slide easily and taps difficult to adjust for right temperature. Tea, coffee, biscuits, tissues provided, and continental breakfast included in the price.

Nice staff who were there to check using even though we arrived late, but room was very old and shabby, thin walls meant you could hear people talking, tv's etc. in the surrounding rooms.

Filthy, stay elsewhere.
Filthy! This was by far the most disgusting motel room that I have ever booked. Smells like dogs have been living in the room for quite a while. Stains all over the carpet! The bathroom vanity looked like it had a brown stain on it. I added some water to it and it then wiped off. That grossed me out as I didn’t know what it was! The shower was growing penicillin- absolutely filthy. Cigarette burns on the bench, no milk for coffee, Towels looked like they were decades old and were really rough like a scourer on your skin. Do yourself a favour, the back allies in Bangkok have better & cleaner rooms than this.
