Mycket lyxigt hotell, vi hade ett litet rum men lyxkänsla ändå. Vi tog en drink i baren på kvällen och ville inte gå och lägga oss ville bara hänga kvar och njuta. Trevliga bartenders, folk spelade pingis , shuffelboard och biljard eller bara hängde i soffgrupperna. Göteborgs vardagsrum helt klart. Mycket nöjda.

Lovely hotel and great view from our room. Breakfast / Great choice of delicious food. Archie’s food in the evening was very good but I think the hotel could have a Special each night to add variety to a limited menu . On the negative side there was no safe in the room, the wall was paper thin and rattled every time the neighbours closed their door and there was minimal space to put your cases away . Overall these negatives were minimal compared to the positives. The stay was overall very enjoyable.

Beautifully put together hotel, immaculate decor and attention to detail. Rooms were really lovely and comfortable. Staff were lovely. Pam’s Pool Deck is also a lovely touch! Would recommend to anyone and will be visiting again.

The amenities are superb, its literally a resort within the hotel. The price is a bit expensive however for a weekend trip its amazing woukd highly recommend. Make sure to get a room with the pool club included!

Awful customer service - AVOID!
This hotel and the customer service is awful, i got a parking ticket as they di not advise me on the parking requirements at the hotel despite me asking 3 times. Once i got the fine they were no help in trying to get it overturned. Awful experience, first time in 10 years of business i have had such a bad experience!

Small rooms, comfortable, modern, clean
Modern, clean, comfortable. Breakfast options are very good, but no lattes, you have to PAY for a latte. Rooms are very tiny with no desk or chair for computer. No hot water kettle in room. Many social areas inside the building. Very good gym. Location is okay.
