Wonderful hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff. They were certainly the highlight and reason for returning. Only downside was not having a bedside table and socket/usb-c plus to charge phone. Made it very uncomfortable and inconvenient. Besides this, it was a wonderful stay and we really enjoyed our experience :)

This Hotel is modern and to a very high standard. Breakfast is always included and we have never seen such a huge range of dishes available. As pedestrians we were able to use the free ferry service to the city centre which runs every 20 minutes from a dock 150 metres from the hotel.

Amazing view of downtown Gothenburg from our 7th floor immaculately kept room. Very new hotel in an up and coming neighborhood so there was a bit of construction nearby although we barely noticed it. Breakfast and staff were wonderful. Freddie was especially kind and helpful. Incredibly comfortable bed and we even had a full size soaker tub in our bathroom, making it feel even more luxurious. New fluffy towels and bathrobe. Hotel is across the waterway so it's quite a bit further from downtown than most other hotels. We took a ferry or water taxi to reach downtown which made it more of an adventure getting around. Would definitely stay at this lovely hotel again our next time in Gothenburg!
