Hotel was beautiful in a very central location. I was updated to a better room when I checked in which was a lovely gesture. Staff were very pleasant and very professional I would have no hesitations staying here again.

Vi var der kun for en overnatning, blev godt modtaget og anvist vores værelse af en sød receptionist. Flot nyrenoveret værelse i en gammel bygning tip top stand på værelset og nyt ,rent og pænt badeværelse. Morgenmaden var perfekt rigeligt af alt

Godt sted uden stor service
The room was smaller than we expected and the welcome in the reception was not welcoming and helpful. Goslar is an old town with small streets and simulator old hotelbuldings and therefore it would be good if the staff had followed us to the room as it was difficult to find. The cleaning was standard. No access to a fridge and no air conditioning.

Dejligt hotel i Goslar
Hotellet ligger midt i den gamle by, men der er rigtig godt skiltet, så nemt at køre til i de små gader. Flot gammelt hotel med værelser i hovedbygningen og en sidebygning. Min scooter blev parkeret i gården, som bliver lukket om natten. Jeg bruger stok og holder absolut ikke af trapper og det betød at receptionen opgraderede mit værelse fra sidebygning til hovedbygning, hvor der er elevator. Flot stort værelse i en gammel bygning, svagt skrånende gulv, absolut charmerende. Restauranten serverer god mad til rimelige priser. Rengøring var i top, og alt personale jeg mødte var venlige og imødekommende.

Schönes Hotel
Sehr schönes Hotel und wahrscheinlich eine Menge toller Themenzimmer. Personal sehr nett und herzlich. Die Lage unseres Zimmers war der einzige Wermutstropfen. Das muss man mögen direkt gegenüber der Bar. Sonst gibt es nichts zu beanstanden am Zimmer selbst.
