This is a hidden gem—It’s obviously an old building, but has been renovated very nicely. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and there are plenty of walkable restaurants nearby. I stay here several times a year, and have never been disappointed.

We stopped here when going from Toronto to Maine. We liked it so much we stayed again on the way home. It looks kind of like a normal motel, but it has been updated to very high standards. Definitely recommend it.

Clean, Modern, Convenient!

My adult son and I needed a home base for some backcountry hiking/skiing at Mt. Washington and Top Notch Inn was the perfect place. The price was right, location was perfect with plenty of dining options in walking distance, and the room was clean, modern and comfortable. In-room fridge and microwave was a nice touch too.
