At check in the associate was very difficult to understand due to a language barrier. I tried to tell him that instead of 4 people there was only going to be 3 due to an illness. Also, I tried to find out why we were being charged another $32.00 at check in. At first I think he said it was for incidentals. Then he said there were no charges for incidentals. So confusing.

Adequate at best
Room was clean with comfortable beds. WI-FI was terrible. Lacked attention to detail - elongated toilet had a round seat, table in dark corner is nice, but no light, Breakfast was meager with no eggs, no meat, no decaf coffee, and no yogurt, just cold cereal, bagels or English Muffins and waffles all in a crowded room. We would choose another place next time.

We arrived at the hotel to check in and the room was not yet ready at 3:45 pm. The stuff was not so friendly and the system was down. The rooms leave a lot to be desired, horrible smells, very dirty and we even found an old pizza in the room.

Traveled 12 hrs., got there after 8 pm (had called), was told there's additional $36 service fee to stay (?). Room looked clean, hallways had odor. Side outside door to rooms had no lock, so anyone could just enter without use of door key card.

The bathroom had a strange layout with the sink being outside on the other side of the room. The TV didn’t work all night. There was no internet connection, therefore we could not watch tv. It kept telling us to restart the router. Wouldn’t stay here again

Tiles in the bathroom floor were loose and out, no vending machines worked, didn’t like that they didn’t have those little plastic bags you can put in the ice bucket prior to getting ice… We found a old avocado in the mini fridge, the entire facility didn’t have a very clean smell to it. I personally thought it smelt like cat litter. It was one night for us so not bad, but if we were staying multiple nights no way…. Plus side the guy at the front desk was nice!

Other than the location, I find it difficult to give any other aspect of this Quality Inn a positive tone. The breakfast was adequate but underwhelming. The accommodations are in a confusing complex of 3 buildings. We could not find our room initially - discovered we needed to use a side door rather than the front door of the building. Room was very small. The HVAC fan was very loud. Price is out of line with what you get.

Honestly much better than expected. Definitely more upkept than other hotels in the area, so presently surprised. Good parking. Clean nicely appointed rooms. Very comfortable beds. Convenient location, good walking to restaurants and markets.

Hotel canceled my reservation and did zero to help fix it. I never called them but they swear I did. Very rude staff here. We drove a few hours to get here just to have to scramble and find another place. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Do not trust the staff here!!

Bathroom floor was so dirty it was sticky and reeked of pee… handtowels had makeup stains, toilet paper was just about gone on arrival. The front desk man extremely rude when checking in and told me they didn’t have extra towels..
