The rooms looked nothing like the pictures that were pictured in their app. The walls were paper thin ( if you know what I mean).
The room was smelly,, smelled like cigarettes in the bathroom, moldy in the bathroom. Said there would be a microwave which it wasn't. I would not stay there again even though the staff was excellent, just wish the room was excellent as well. The one good thing about the room were the mattresses.
Please avoid at all cost!!! Roaches are everywhere
This was just a horrible place to stay. There were bugs everywhere. We got there a little late and then ran out the door because we were meeting family around the area (we needed the place only to sleep). When we got back it was late and didn’t think of it. My kids slept in one room, my husband and I slept in another room. One of my youngest (8) came to our room stating that he saw a cricket on his bed. We thought it was his imagination as he gets a little scared at night. The following day we found roaches in his room as well as in ours. There were roaches on the bathroom, walls and I’m imagining my kids’ beds too. We left the place. It was truly a traumatic experience. As we were leaving, we met someone else that had the same problem… luckily they had just been there 3 hours and they walked out. We drove to the Hilton in Raleigh as there was no other place to stay. Paid twice the amount but slept in a clean, safe place.

Although very convenient and affordable, I didn't expect such a poor stay and such a lack of concern for the appearance and condition of the rooms and place overall. This place has so much potential! Especially in getting repeat customers. The place needs to be better maintained and definitely needs some TLC. Some of the things we experienced shouldn't have been an issue. Such as a roach in the bathroom, mold on the side of the mattress, mold and stains on the drapes, and other things I forgot to take pictures of. I was just disappointed at that point. Not to mention the things I couldn't photograph, like the smell in the halls. I honestly should have spent the extra money and stayed two doors down. Some staff were friendly, and that at least made it a tad bit worth the stay.
This place has improved a lot over the last 6 months. The new manager Steve is top notch, very professional and efficient. The front desk staff is very good and makes sure you have what you need for a pleasant stay.Ill keep booking my stays here.

My 3rd stay in 5 months. Location was great, food choices right by in walking distance. Most of all the nice staff as I was coming in after traveling all day each time. Rooms are clean, upgraded to king room for last time staying, pay the extra $2 :-). Overall great experience
No room service but plenty of restaurants nearby.
