The hotel mgr., Stephanie was very accommodating. Their were issues from Hotels.com with my booking and she upgraded me without hesitation. The night mgr also was very friendly and offered assistance each time she saw me.

Few things, our room smelled like cigarettes! The curtain was not hooked up to the rose! The staff was alright but they did not look professional, looked like they belong working in a game store ! The breakfast was powder eggs, danish tasted like a box ! Wasn’t worth the amount we paid for the room felt like it was red roof in !!

Floors in the room need a good scrubbing the chair had huge areas of missing vinyl so yuk and it was the worst breakfast I have seen ever. The only decent thing would have been the cereal but they had no milk it was pathetic. The staff was really nice and helpful there’s only so much u can do if it’s run by a bunch of penny pinchers that won’t hire enough staff and supplies to get the job done. But it’s their bottom line. I’ll never stay again.
