The location is good. Lots of walkable dining options and shopping in Australia Fair. Its also close to Broadwater Parkland. The room was clean and spacious. Bed wasnt that great. I had to pay extra $20 for parking onsite. The receptionist only gave me 1 card key. Should be 2 card keys if theres more than one person in the booking. Good thing someone came in after hours to give me another key. Thank you!

Great location. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Close to the Broadwater and The Spit. Reasonable price. Clean and modern. Tearooms are basic but perfectly adequate.

Clean, friendly and convenient
We were at the Woodroffe hotel for 2 nights. The room was clean, comfortable and had pretty much everything we needed. However, the room was tiny. No cupboard for storage. On saying that, you are in Queensland, so you dont really want to be hanging around in the room all day. The bathroom was very clean - just a doorless shower, which ends up with water all over the floor. They did however, give us two bathmats, so I used one to dry the floor, once the water had drained. The lifts are very efficient, the staff were friendly, and the location was quite good - close to the university and to the beach and Australia Fair shopping Centre.
