Air Conditioner was leaking water and making a tapping sound carpets had stains the bar fridge couldn't hold a six pack of beer bed bugs on both beds bathroom vent was full of dust room phone wasn't working went down stairs to reception to tell them about air Conditioner there wasn't a phone to use so had to use my own there answering server was nice and when i left Sunday morning the young guy said that the duty manager was not in so i asked for the assist manager and he said we don't have one and he said that he will get the manager to call me on Monday. Waited till Thursday rang and i explained what happen and she said that she won't do anything about and carpark was not included as she stated that you must book with us directly to get car park. Don't stay here worst place ever
Getting only one room card was a hassle since you need the card to operate the electricity in the room but also need it to use the elevator. The hotel is supposed to be non smoking, but the halls reeked of smoke. Room was fine.
Close walk to the tram. The room was small and the floor and bed sheets had stains on them (not very clean..).
We booked a kind bed but it was two singles pushed together, and one bed was higher than the other.. so that was very uncomfortable. I probably wouldn’t stay here again but if you’re needing a bed for the night it’ll do.
The location was good and it was quiet. The actual room was not cleaned well. Dusty, stain on carpet, hair in bathroom. Would be the biggest let down. The price was good for the area.
We have booked the accommodation same day morning. Infact I have a call to make sure everything is ok. I have been told we have to folllow after hrs protocol and explained. No one told me to book the parking.
When I go there after hrs there were no street parking available. After hour service staff are absolutely rude. When I told them I have not been informed about the after hours, she cut off the line even without opening the door for me to enter.
Then I rang them again.
After 3-5 min of holding time another staff member picked up the phone and asked my name extremely loud noise (not wanted to hear anything from me) and opens the door and cut off the line.
I went inside and got my key card from the safe.
We booked a room with 3 beds. We got 1 key card. We had someone sick, who has to sleep straight away. Because we could not get parking near by, we had walk back few times to the car leaving the sick person in a warm room with no lights as we had only 1 card for the room power and entry for 3 customers.
Terrible after hour service.
Great for what we wanted just a bed as we were out all day. Clean and bed was comfortable, we didn’t have parking with our room but parking on the street wasn’t a problem it’s paid and parking during the day and free overnight. Anglers arms is a great little pub nearby and the light rail is at the end of the street. Plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Overall it was a great stay, nothing fancy but perfect for a few nights. Staff were very friends and accommodating.
