Communication was not great. We were fluffed around a bit during check in. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a lovely place to stay.

Disappointing
The house was in poor conition. Appliances were worn out and damaged. Bins rusty and buckled, ice box missing the ice tray, draining rack rusty, Blinds slats falling off, ironing board no padding. Carpet in master bedroom frayed and worn. Garden furniture worn out and grubby with a cigarette burn hole in the cushion. Garden itself overgrown.

Only complaint we had 3 bedroom apartment 2 couples one set of keys. Tricky getting in with security gates and worst parking as only 1 car per unit. Parking on street was impossible

The floor was very filthy. It looked clean, but our feet and socks were getting dirty within 20 minutes. They did send the cleaner back when we let them know. The wifi was awful. Kids were having issues watching a video on a tablet. A minor issue also that there was no broom to clean up crumbs, just a dustpan and brush.

Convenient location however noise from main road is quite noticeable on the weekends. Just a little attention to detail would elevate the room's such as bath mats, the compendium actually be avaliable, dish rack, t-towels and minor repairs. Would stay again however.
