The location is very good at Palm beach and it's easy to get to Coolangatta. The staff is very friendly. The bathroom probably needs a bit renovation. Overall very nice!

Room smelt like cigarettes, there were cigarette buts under the bed and toilet was dirty. Bed was uncomfortable and had insects in the room, sofa was grubby.

Nice place, but cockroach infestation

Very impressed on arrival for a ‘regular’ looking Aussie motel. 2 bedroom apartment was lovely and modern. Come evening time and unfortunately the place was infested with German cockroaches. The walls, floor, cupboards were covered with roaches. My bosses suitcase (which was unfortunately left on the floor) had tens of them scatter when he grabbed clothes. When I contacted the property about the infestation (as we’d checked out early to catch a flight) I heard crickets. Complete silence. Which wa disappointing, and speaks volumes unfortunately.
