Royal pines getaway
Great family friendly place to stay with facilities, nice views and good location. Bathrooms could do with some maintenance but overall pretty clean. Breakfast was great and good variety. Some dining options not available during stay due to renovations and otherwise same sort of menu across other hotel lounges/bar/room service, given the family aspect of resort would be great to see some more variety with food options. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!

The plugs in the room don't work and it took 2 hours for them to bring us bath towels. The AC also doesn't work, and we had to call reception every hour to ask for services, but no one seemed to care. Additionally, the Jacuzzi bath tub only had 3 jets that didn't work. We are requesting a full refund due to the lack of adherence to the contract and the failure to provide proper guest services.
