From the moment you arrive you are greeted with amazing friendly and very helpful staff. Rooms are easy to get to and very clean and spacious. Great for families. We loved the pools and the games area. The restaurants are wonderful. Definitely will be going back soon.

One of the best resorts I have been to. Everything is readily available in the resort, no need to leave the place unless you absolutely have to. Pool areas are great for kids and adults.

Great stay at royal pines
Had an amazing time in an executive level room for 6 days. Great pool and gym facilities. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. It was in a quieter area, yet well located to the theme parks/surfers.

One of the best in the country for your family
Excellent property, something you'd expect from a 5 star accommodation. The staff are all very well trained and always have a smile on their face. The breakfast spread, albeit, really tasty, could get a bit more lavish because if I compare it with Novotel, Siebel, Star or other similar or 4 star properties, the spread/variety here was the least. Other than this, there is nothing I could fault with this property. A special mention for Rish at the reception. He is one of the most charming, smiling and great customer first mentality, individual, you'd ever meet.

The room was not clean properly lots of dust on the bed and spider web on the balcony. Also couple of the towels had yellow stains and tiny sharp debris on it lucky we saw it before use the towel. Last year the hotel provided complementary two bottles of water but not this year. However all hotel staffs were friendly and polite also can accomodate in room dining as well.
