Great location and friendly staff. Hotel room did not have any plates, bowls, forks and knives for us to use. These should come provided in each room. We had to request from reception some plates which never arrived. In the end we bought our own cardboard plates and bowls. There was also no washing liquid for the two cups and mugs they did provide which made it hard to clean. No bin bag in the bin either which would have been useful.

I like staying here, particularly for the location. Very reasonably priced but you almost get what you pay for. Nothing bad but just a little tired and hasn’t aged well. Most rooms have been renovated and spacious but property overall tired. Breakfast very basic.

great hotel I've been having holidays in this hotel from late 80's when it was Ramada to Grand Chancellor and now Novotal we love the location and staff michael is like a piece of furniture there. great guy. great hotel. you can't go wrong.

We arrived earlier than expected, our room was already ready which was awesome. Our room was clean, quiet, private & comfy. We especially enjoyed having a balcony!! We were told we had partial ocean views, ahh no we had an amazing incredible full view. We were exceptionally happy, highly recommend & would return. Thank you for the beautiful hospitality.

Didn’t like that the phone wasn’t connected so I couldn’t call reception… phone was without any plug in wiring ?? Kinda funny actually… like a «  show piece «  Bed was amazingly comfortable Couldn’t connect tv to Netflix no matter what I did… Couldn’t ring for help as my wall phone not «  connected «  … see above comments… Bathroom great Food to room was awful in a funny way.., Couldn’t order a bottle of wine to my room… see above comments… Breakfast buffet reasonable

The staff were friendly and approchable. Parking and check in procedures need to be improved. It took us 90 mins to simply check in. We had a superior room in lever 32 with a great view. The room was clean and tidy. Bathrooms are small and tight. Beds were comfortable. It was a much needed night away.
