Room was ok, construction was happening across road so was noisy throughout the day. Facilities were basic just a kettle and fridge. Would be nice if they had a toaster as the buffet breakfast was expensive.

After i booked they sent me an email telling me that there was no onsite parking but i could use the public carpark next door if there was space available as it is on a first come first served basis this was not disclosed to me upon booking and i told them that was not suitable for me and i wanted a refund they ignored my requests you can follow the correspondence through your site it was terrible customer service and i am even questioning using Wotif now if this is who you have on your site. i did not stay at the hotel so i guess i am $400 down the chute

The first night I was given a room facing south, that's where the pool bar/nightclub is and the noise from the clubbers was pretty loud, I asked to be moved to another room, and although they couldn't do it right away, they did move me to a room on the other side of the hotel without any hassle, for which I'm very grateful, so all good from then on. The location is excellent, and it is good value overall.

Check-in was extremely slow with limited staff. Rooms were tired, run down and falling apart. Minimal linen on the beds. There is an open air night club directly behind the hotel which means that if your staying in a room on the backside of the building then you are going to struggle to sleep until the club closes at 3:30am

I liked how it's close to public transport, beach, shops and restaurants. The staff was lovely and very helpful. I would suggest a little more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning vents. Otherwise its clean!!!

Pleasant stay at a great location with great staff
Hotel exceeded my expectations was spotless the staff was amazing and most importantly a comfortable bed. The room was spacious and clean. Walking distance to everything. “Gold Coast” Location is amazing with stunning views of Surfers Paradise. There is a restaurant onsite but didn’t eat so I can’t rate the food.

This property was on the more affordable side for Gold Coast. The room was spacious and there was a nice ocean view. However, the property is dated, there was obvious mould in the bathroom, damage around the priperty, power plugs worked intermittently and a lot of internal construction. Would have been better paying a little more money for a much better property.

We enjoyed our 3 days 2 nights at Mantra on View. The reception who greeted us was so friendly and nice. The room service was good and our room was kept tidy. I was able to relax and just walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants. My favourite part of our stay is the Urban Skincare Co. Products provided in the bathroom.
