The receptionist did her best to accommodate me, with swapping rooms to please me but the time it took was a joke. Because ac didnt work in forst room , & theady wasnt at reception when needfed to be & no phone numver to call. Need a door bell ringer Other then that nice quite spot but the place could be looked after a little better

Reception staff non engaging and found prioritising text ppl over checking me in , another staff member reminded him I was there too check in Room had a dirty toilet , bunch of black hairs in the vanity, mould on the tiles in the shower and the ac did not work

Place is ran down, needs a lot of maintenance, lack of staff, not walking distance to anything so have to eat at their restaurant which the food was shocking also. Our rooms carpet was all stained and gross. Don’t recommend. Won’t be back.

The hotel was very different from what is shown in the pictures. I understand that you can’t always fully trust photos, but what I saw didn’t match the advertisement at all. Maybe the photos were taken when the hotel was at its best, but they should update them to reflect its current state. Although the staff was very friendly, I felt lost upon arrival. I didn’t receive enough information, and they didn’t even ask for an ID or to fill out any forms, which I found odd. I’m used to other hotels requesting more information at check-in for security reasons. During my stay, they didn’t clean the room for two days. When I asked about it, they gave me a sheet I had never seen before explaining that you had to pay an extra $30 for cleaning service and notify them every time you left. This procedure was not explained to me beforehand. The beds were a bit hard, but acceptable for a night’s sleep. However, the food was disappointing. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it a 4. The coffee in the morning tasted strongly of burnt milk. The hotel is far from the city, which makes access difficult without a vehicle. The one good thing is that it’s close to Wet'n'Wild park and Warner Bros. Movie World.

Limited cooking and eating utensils in rooms No toaster, plates or eating utensils.so had breakfast at the hotels facilityies which was a pretty average meal for the price . Other wise was a good nights stay

Firstly, there was no one to pick up our call for late checkin. It was had to find our room. If you press 2 on the lift it takes you to level 1. The TV was not working. There is no telephone in the room to contact the reception. The wifi was ok but slow. The air conditioner remote was not working properly. And many more smaller issues.
