Excellent customer service, Don the Concierge was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive. Made us feel very at home and worthy, and couldn't have done enough to ensure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when travelling for work.

Great property and location. The mugs in our room were dirty and room service is a little confusing. Also lots of construction going on around the property so very noisy if you're in a room facing the construction. Otherwise wonderful stay and I would return.

The facilities were great. However, the rooms are quite small. The staff didn't always to a proper room clean. The buffet breakfast was absolutely sensational with amazing variety.

Great staff and room. However had issues using the room card in the elevator would let me tap the card to press my floor. Had to get out at a random floor to get into a different escalator to get to my floor. Some other guests mentioned the same thing to me.

Loved the location. Room was great! Very comfortable. Everything at your fingertips. However booking the casino location i would have expected pool bars / service to be a bit better however was closed a lot of the time.

Absolute 5/5 in my opinion! Clean spacious rooms, comfortable bed & pillows. Coffee shop right next to main reception. Friendly staff. Loved the access to the level 19 executive lounge, the afternoon canapés oysters on a Saturday night was a nice surprise! The breakfast in the executive lounge was amazing, best selection. Highly recommend this hotel
