Not a hotel standard, neither Holiday unit, not sure what category it is, as it doesn't have room service, no housekeeping, no porter, no mini bar, no internal telephone to contact staff, no information/direction/instruction for using the room/facilities of the hotel, no cooking facility as for holiday unit, no towels for swimming pool etc.

I would give 5 star just for the staff forget everything else. The ladies were so lovely even interacting with the kids. You walk into the hotel each time to be greeted by staff both receptionists and cleaning staff. I would definitely stay here again.

A great apartment that was neat and clean. However the amazing apartment and facilities were let down by there being no parking available. Having to park in the street, a fair way from where you are staying is not acceptable for the price charged for the apartment.
