The rooms are a good size and they are very clean. The bathroom and toilet were newly renovated and very nice too. The reception staff were a bit slow and we had to wait for more than an hour to get our rooms ready, although we were there for check in time ,not earlier. The breakfast was okay,but not anything special.Overall a nice hotel.

The check-in was fast and trouble free. We have stayed at this Holiday Inn several times before and always find it convenient and comfortable. One small thing - it would help to have a trolley to put used crockery on in the restaurant as some of the tables are rather small. Thank you.

The hotel was fine. However the bathroom had a drain smell which permeated the room. Also the bathroom sink made a gurgling sound when you ran water and drained it away. Quite disturbing at night. It was reported and the drain smell eventually dissipated but we had to put up with the gurgling drain. In every other respect we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and especially the breakfasts.

Rooms were clean and spacious . Breakfast was freshly cooked and plentiful, the only things missing were fried eggs. All the staff we met were lovely and very helpful.

Had our pet dog with us, he was made welcome too, with his own gift. Ist night was a bit of a nightmere. Baby in next room was crying and kept me awake (woke me up about 5 times). Following evening baby started crying at about 8:30pm and continued for at least 30 mins. Went to reception and Luke who was on desk transferred us to another room. This solved the problem and we all had a peaceful night. All staff superb, food good. Would stay again
