The TV remote was filthy and gross. Did not want to touch it. The fridge had somehow been turned up to high when we got there (which we did not notice) so everything we put in it froze overnight.

Comfortable stay

It is a 15 minute walk to downtown and a 6 minute walk to the Hot Springs. Very easy to get around to what we wanted to do-eating and soaking. Staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was average comfort.

Gives Independent Hotels a Good Rep Again

Gave us confidence to stay in an independent hotel again. Great clean, updated place for my wife and 3 young kids to stay. Better value than the Marriott or Hilton options in town.

The sweetest hostess when we checked in in the evening. We enjoyed the staff, breakfast, and location. The only downside was we could hear people above us until 3am. They weren’t being loud just tv, and walking noises. Walls and floors just seemed thin but it’s an older hotel so kind of what you get for a great deal. We will definitely be back but will request a room on the top floor.
