We’ve stayed at several places the last year and this one was by far the best! The staff were absolutely amazing and kind. Each morning the staff at the continental breakfast went out of his way to go above and beyond for me and my children. I’m amazed at how kind he was! The room was also incredibly spacious and very clean. The kitchen was organized and clean, and had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner in the room. My only “complaint” you could say was just that the door to the room didn’t always lock properly when shut. We came back a couple of times and could push the door open. But it locked fine with the deadbolt inside. It may have been that we just weren’t getting it closed hard enough. This place has become our go to spot whenever we come to glenwood now! It was nice to stay at a hotel where people actually enjoy having customers there.

Room was clean, the beds were ok but the pillows were “chiclet” sized. For the price of the 3 pillows you provide you could buy one good one. Spend $ on pillows. Sauna was lovely.

Liked the refrigerator that was a decent size and that the tv had plenty of channels. Also, had indoor and outdoor pool. Not too far away from many locations we wanted to visit.

Second time staying here while visiting the hot springs. The rooms and immaculate and breakfeast is constantly filled. Best prices around the entire city and clean rooms

I've stayed here a few times now, the only issue with the most recent time was the noise of someone checking in at 3am. I could hear them going up the stairs until they were done. No big deal just annoying.

We booked the suite with a full kitchen, the suite is spacious for the two of us. Kitchen is functional although one stove top is broken. Dishwasher is a plus. Bed is rather soft but okay. The heater is too loud when it turns on, difficult to sleep in that noise. Their towels are really old and they looked yellow, they could really refresh their towels. Breakfast does not have hot food, though I appreciate the fresh fruits. Good choices of pastries. The guest laundry room is too far from our suite which is located just above the office. Other than that it was a good stay for the two nights for us.
