The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was in good condition. I was on a road trip for work and my truck broke down on the interstate. I was able to coast to the hotel parking lot. The manager let me leave the truck there for a few days until I was able to get it towed to the repair shop.

This property served our needs, but was somewhat rundown. Not that we used it, but the dishwasher was broken. The shower water was warm at best. And I know it's picky, but the pictures above the bed were not centered. Just speaks to the level of care about the property.

Dinner at the gas station?
Grab some dinner before you check in! Parachute has very few offerings and none are very good. Ended up getting nutritional advice from the guy at the gas station! (Salami and cheese prepack and triscuits). Anyway, the hotel is basic. The clientele seems to be contractors/road-workers. The pup and I just needed a place to stop. That’s really all it is.

A ok for overnight
The room was ok but not the cleanest. When we first walkked in it smelled like someone had smoked in there. The floor needed vacuuming and there wasn't much toilet paper. Heard a lot of noise and discovered that the window was open. Not the worst place we've stayed but not the best either.

Bad garbage disposal and stinky room.
Service was friendly but room had 0 towles. Garbage disposal did not work and had food from previous stay and caused room to stink. I told them about it and got towels and manager came up and said maintenance would get it on Monday. We were staying Friday night. No other rooms available. Would've thought they would offer a discount or credit for inconvenience.

We stayed here for 2 nights. If we hadn’t already paid for the stay, we would have checked out after the 1st night & gone somewhere else. Only 2 towels in the room, when I asked for 2 more, the answer was “if I can find any” . The couch was the most uncomfortable ever, pillows all falling down into the couch, the toaster in the kitchen had stuck on food all over the top, the dish soap was empty, asked for more was told they didn’t have anymore. I don’t usually write reviews, especially bad ones but the last straw was the coffee pot still had the used coffee grounds in it from who ever stayed there before us. Would not recommend this hotel at all. I actually would not recommend staying in Parachute, CO at all.

The property itself was clean and quiet! The staff were polite although there was only one person manning the front desk to assist guests. When the front desk was not staffed, guest waited for 20 minutes to check in or out. Guest Service when called by phone was never available to bring clean towels or other guess services to my room. Property was under staffed!
