The wonderful lady, Dani, working the front desk was over the top kind, sweet, and so very helpful. She fixed so many things for us as we were traveling with two wheelchairs. Can't say enough nice things about her.

The property was as expected for the price. Carpet in room stained and smelly. People hanging around outside and in halls were a littke sketchy. Just okay if you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay one night.

We have bed bugs from staying here. People living in the hotel rooms. Room smelt awful. The floor was filthy. First room we were given was dirty/not cleaned. DO NOT stay here.

We actually left because of the odor of mildew and urine, the halls even smelled. We requested a refund but was told we would have to request a refund tho Expedia, can you please assist me with the process of requesting a refund?

Front desk closes at 11:00pm. Had to go next door to check in. Next day front desk person not helpful. Thankfully the cleaning guys were much better. Thankfully there was a great coffee shop in town -bloom coffee which made our night in Glendive much better

Staff was friendly and the breakfast generous and satisfying! 5 stars for that! A ramp allowed for using a rollating walker into the building and down to our room in the half-basement. We had a "handicapped accessible" room which, however, was only accessible in that the bathroom door was wide enough to admit my walker and the sink counter was open underneath to allow the wheeled walker underneath it. There was NOT room in the bathroom to manouever the walker and close the door with the walker in the room! And the only grab bar was not horizontal or in a position to be helpful when one used the toilet. The toilet paper holder was a full step or two distant from the toilet itself, not reachable while sitting! There was a step-in bathtub with, again, no horizontal grab bar, only a non-standard sized vertical one, so assistance was needed to use the shower. Furniture arrangement in the bedroom area did not allow for full access for a person with mobility issues. A person using a regular wheelchair would not have been able to get completely into the bed area. I would give only 2 of 5 stars for accessibility.

You get what you pay for. It is very outdated, and the floors in the room were filthy. Breakfast options were very minimal and definitely not the best. A/C in our room wasn’t working properly and was extremely noisy all night long. I wouldn’t recommend it, for our return trip we choose another option.

Upon arrival, the area looked shady (not safe)! We also check the room and bed for bugs…The bed had hair on it, pillows had stains (thank god we had ours)! There were individuals sitting outside at the entrance…literally at the entrance smoking. A crystal clear sign on the door stating no smoking at the entrance!

Did not get the accommodations I reserved. Had reserved 2 king bed rooms. Only got one with the other a double queen. I had reserved this months ago. Facility nothing like the pictures. Guess you get what you pay for. Air conditioner very slow to cool the room. Minimal amenities.
