Nice to have the free left luggage. Great staff who gave us directions to a very good Greek restaurant and then directions to get around Glasgow. Thanks to Gary! All around good guy.

The hotel was right in the heart of town, which was great! I wasn’t too crazy about the fact that the entrance doors to the hotel were always open. I think in such a busy area, the hotel entry doors should be locked at a certain time and the guests can use their key to enter.

I actually did not get the opportunity to stay at the hotel because I had erroneously booked the next day from the date I needed to check-in and they did not have any rooms available on that date. However, the hotel looked very nice, centrally located and the staff were very courteous, understanding and helpul in allowing my son and I to use their facilitiies, book an alternative hotel and reimburse me the booking fee. I would definately book a room there (on the correct date) on my next visit to Glasgow.

This Hotel is not as the website presents. The hallways to the rooms are filthy, litter on the floors, the walls are worn and look very abused from time and neglect. The breakfast area has much more options displayed on the website when in reality if you ask for a cereal in one of the jars, the woman behind the register said it was only for display. As trivial as it seems, there is no complimentary coffee. That’s a small extra for customers who are paying for a nights stay. There was a very nice gentleman that worked the front desk named Ross. He was the most pleasant part of our stay. I would not return nor recommend this hotel.

The beds and pillows here are excellent!!! Easy to find, friendly staff, and in a very walkable area. The rooms also had funky multicolor lighting (optional) which was a fun little bonus.
