On arrival and check in - cannot fault, very efficient, welcoming and informative. Rooms general appearance very well, however quite small. Amenities were accessible, and very comfortable decor and bed. The TV wasn’t working, the main portal worked however, the only options available were radio channels, 4 at most. No entertainment options available. The AC wasn’t working either.

Good stay and nice ambience but need to do better
The room is really nice and clean, the ambience was great. I also liked the fact that they helped us store our luggage’s before we checked in. The only thing I don’t like is the free breakfast voucher that is not valid for your current stay but when you book the hotel next time. Also water all hotel gives water for free but this you will get water in your next stay. lol. They are so petty for something so cheap.

The overal experience was amazing the staff were so attentive ensuring that everything went perfect the cocktails were amazing at bar with signature cocktail of the month and much more. room was perfect there plenty space for my big bag they even allowed me to keep my bag in bagage claim till i came back from shopping after i checked out as they do this for all costumers as they want you enjoy the full experience.
