Nice little find

Good central location - very near the train station and NCP Car park. Friendly and efficient reception staff. Lovely clean room. It's a shame the bar closed early due a 'system error'. We didn't like the cardboard cups in our bathroom and for tea/coffee. Would we stay again? Yes

Good for solo travel or a one night stay

Great location and was on the cheaper side (for a Friday night in the city centre) Adjacent rooms can get s bit noisy when entering or leaving the rooms with the walls shaking when the doors close. Also my room had a random high pitched noise at times, Not sure if pipes or what but didnt happen too much while i was in the room.

This was our first time staying at a Motel One and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We only stayed for two nights but the hotel was very conveniently located near to Glasgow Central train station as well as airport Express bus pickup locations. The rooms are not overly large so those travelling with a lot of luggage might feel cramped if it is a long stay. My wife and I had one full sized suitcase (each) and were comfortable. The hotel is tastefully decorated (with a modern style), clean and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't enjoy the lounge and bar area other then a cup of coffee, but it was a very good latte. Definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel, we had a king room separated into two twins. The rooms were small but well equipped. Very clean. My only issue was it was a bit warm so we needed to open the window. Checking in was very easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is right next door to central station.

The hotel is right by the train station perfect for my business trip. The restaurants and shops are plentiful. The hotel has a lovely bar where you can get tea coffee or something stronger. The room as are a good size and comfortable. The reception staff are helpful and there was at least 4 to help with the amount of people checking in so was a quick check in
