The only thing that bothered me was thatcon the side I stayed, it was Glasgow Central Station, so trains coming and going. However, windows block the noise well.

Lovely stay and the hotel staff were kind and helpful, we would love to stay again. The dining staff, however, ignored us for fifteen minutes despite it being very quiet and several staff members standing by the bar chatting. Not one person spoke to us, brought us water, or even told us that there was no service at that time, we were just completely ignored until we just left to eat somewhere else. I have never had an experience like that and it was incredibly disheartening.

Friendly staff who were helpful, however the tv did not work. Someone tried to fix it but I could only a cartoon channel. Shower tray flooded very quickly so could only have a very short shower
