Stay was fantastic we had an executive double and access to the executive lounge which provided free snacks soft drinks, teas and coffees while we waited on our room to be ready for check in time at 3pm. This room also included a late check out off 2pm and 10% off any purchases in the bar or restaurant.

Room overlooked railways lines and it was impossible to avoid the noise . I had phoned and requested a room not overlooking the railway lines but obviously it didn't happen. Very disappointed would not use this hotel again

It’s a nice spot, well designed. Very excellent staff. It is near a bit of a grungy train station area which wasn’t our favorite. Also, the AC in our room was not functioning at all though. Couldn’t really crack a window due to the trains. Otherwise, a nice stay for two nights.

The area around the hotel is not the nicest part of Glasgow but it is very handy for central station & buses. Not a far walk from the city centre & the many wonderful restaurants & bars. The hotel itself is lovely, very clean & every member of staff we met was very friendly, polite & helpful. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice & gluten free toast is available if you ask a member of staff. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is nice. Good bed, coffee/tea in the room. Free drink at the bar was a well drink. Staff was nice. I’m not a city girl, so I found the area around the hotel to be city dirty.

Room needs paint touch up. I had a fire door in my room. Toilet seat was not secure and moved around. Room was noisy as backed on to rail line. Breakfast was good. Hopefully when I return for another 3 nights I won’t have a room in same location. Room doors were very noisy to close.
