The plumbing in my bathroom room was quite noisy. The noise was coming from the shower drain. The heating in my room was not sufficient.

No heat but comfortable bed.
I was really looking forward to my stay given all the excellent reviews. The room was fine - the layout was strange and I feel like it was the “last guest in” room (although I booked weeks in advance. The heating in the room didnt work at all and it took me raising it with staff 3 times before the offered someone to have a look. A lovely man bought a small space heater which ended up being great but there was no follow up .. nobody asked again if the heating began to work (it never did). Bed was very comfy, location was good. I had hoped for better service and a bit more comfort. I would stay somewhere else next time.

Great room - Housekeeping Woke Me Early
The room is great and the whole decor of the hotel is modern and classy. Would have been 5* if I wasn't woken up by housekeeping early. They shouldn't be knocking on rooms to clean on the day of departure, before the check out time. I also noticed there are no toilet brushes in the bathroom.

Really liked the hotel - very busy and quite noisy in the evenings (presumably Christmas parties?) but our room was way up high so we were not disturbed at all. Very nice room, spacious and comfortable (we were given a disabled room although we did not need it so I don't know if that means it was larger than average)

Loved our one night stay here. Didn’t realise how close the hotel was to the city centre. The room was spacious, clean and had great amenities. Breakfast was excellent. We’ll definitely be back here.

Amit the front desk manager was very rude and disrespectful to my family and I. The room was very dirty and there were bottles and stains all over the carpet. There was no luggage assistance. No fridge in the room, the bathroom had black mold in the shower. The toilet ran and the room was noisy and dirty.
