£15 something for a glass of wine (which I hadn’t checked before hand, didn’t see the price list) is not on. I was prepared for £8 maybe £10 but not £15+. I’m well aware you have to make money on mark ups and accept that. But I can buy 2 bottles of very good wine for that kind of money. Apart from thst, the staff, rooms and cleanliness were very nice.

Standards are falling Everything is controlled by tablet This should cleaned it was filthy and smeared with food or something. I had to clean it It was faulty and lights didn’t work properly and manual switch didn’t work either

Replace the beds!
The public spaces are wonderful as is the breakfast. However the beds are enclosed on three sides which is very inconvenient for couples They should be replaced with beds which allow entrance and exit on two sides. We were charged for two breakfasts when in fact we only ordered and had one (which was very good).

Sleek and modern with very friendly service. I was pleased with the area, lots to do right on the doorstep (shops, theatre, restaurants, cinema) good transport links, close to bus station and train station but not an area which felt unsafe. Happy single female traveller.

Quirky & techy but very basic. Fine for a cheap deal but feels a bit like a cabin on a boat. Great if you like cruising!!
