Breakfast drinks need better workflow
Breakfast tea and coffee systems need attention. For tea you need hot not tepid water and present system gives only tepid. Try a one cup boiler? Good idea to offer barrista coffee but one person is inadequate to meet demand. Lots of frustrated people with hot breakfasts getting cold. This is a workflow issue not a criticism of the barrista.

Room was not as advertised. The room looked massive on Expedia. It was tiny. We left as I had an upset my stomach and there is no privacy not even a lock on bathroom door, I was embarrassed having my new partner with me. And the room with the view was a construction site very disappointed

Great hotel, perfect for 1 person, really too small for 2. Need to change the given that the room will not be serviced unless requested to the room will always be serviced unless requested not to.

Sleek but small
A sleek and technologically advanced hotel. Fun lobby and meeting places. Great breakfast. Small rooms with utility controls via an iPad. Cool concept but climate control poor (warm room!) and lighting use wonky. A new experience for us so maybe better next time.

The hotel has very comfortable beds. Only one lift was functioning the entire time I was there. Failure to provide a water boiler in the room is an inconvenience to guests who want coffee or tea without having to dress and go out. Reliance on gadgetry to operate lights and temperature may be trendy, but it is not user-friendly!
