Great location and nice rooms and bathroom. Staff were very friendly too. We had two rooms booked, one of the rooms smelled quite musky while the other next door was fine.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are nice, well-kept, and modern. The area around the hotel is fairly central and walkable. Staff are accommodating and helpful. I'd stay here again.

Great room with a smart bathroom, excellent air con and a comfortable bed. Lovely staff. Easy parking just up the road (with discount curtesy of the hotel). Hotel is well located for Buchannan Street shopping and Subway station and Queen St Station. Highly recommended.

All staff were above and beyond for helpfulness and genuinely pleasant. Rooms very clean with good facilities. Got recommendations for where to eat before ai even arrived. Only reason not 5* overall is that you can't get room service or something to eat (other than breakfast) on the premises which means going out every evening which isn't ideal after a long day.

Stayed here many times. Room was smaller than usual and in a low floor so very noisy. Keys did not work on check in so had to return to reception. Room in need of a touch up, stains on carpet, floor lifting slightly, seat alll worn.
