The hotel is lovely, modern and location is excellent. Surrounded by bars, restaurants and supermarket on door step. The apartment is well equipt with everything you need fir a arlf catering break.the heating was complicated with no instructions so suffered the cold all night. Pillows brick hard as well as the hardest mattress ive ever slept in. Dudnt sleep well at all.

Great stay at the one bedroom apartment. Comfortable beds and great bathroom. The kitchen was a bit funny to use. Missing some basics and the stove was a bit temperamental - staff were very helpful with this. Would stay again ☺️

Great location, staff very helpful. About 10mins walk from main stations and airport bus drop off. St Enochs subway and shopping centre on doorstep. Hotel is new and the facilities reflect this. Staff great. Free coffee and croissanta in Reception, board games for kids. These little things can make a difference to your stay. Beds comfortable, showers good. Sofa beds a bit of a faff but I've never mastered a sofa bed so it's probably me! All in all would recommend staying here.

First room was not suitable as there was no window that opened, broken cups, broken coat hooks, no trolley to unpack car, had to make 6 trips up and down unloading the car into the room. TV not working, had to move room, again no trolley, had to make 17 trips from the 14floor to the eighth as I had packed everything being promised the tv would be fixed. The night manager Karen was lovely and gave us free breakfast and 4 drink vouchers for the fridge at reception. It’s a great hotel with ideal location and parking facilities within two minute walk with discount code from the hotel. This stay was for 12 nights and was my second visit. I will be back but will certainly request, open window, shower only and checked tv is working before accepting the room.

A perfect location
This is the second time that we have stayed in the hotel and we do love staying there. The location is perfect, in the centre of Glasgow, close to Central Station and shops, near a number of excellent of restaurants, cafes and bars. The hotel room is large as is the bathroom, is very comfortable and a room that you can relax in. It will not be our last stay there.

Excellent choice overall - central, well equipped studio room. Staff had kindly met my advance request for a quiet room. Friendly check-in experience. Free morning coffee (decent quality). Single downside was a fairly unpleasant smell coming from shower drain in bathroom but with door closed not a huge problem. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Recommend especially if dont want to rely on eating out each night of stay.

We were really happy when we seen our room as this was our first visit to this hotel. Only one problem which was the rock hard bed and pillows. We barely slept the two nights we were there. If we stay again we will need to bring a blow up mattress with us.
