Great location, nice room, nice bar, easy check-in. Helpful front desk (they booked us a taxi for our departure). Safe area, restaurants, coffee shops all over nearby. This isn't really a 5-star property, but it is precisely what we wanted for a 2 night stay before hopping on a cruise.

Bed super comfy. Only reason cleanliness wasn’t an excellent is bedside table hadn’t been wiped down and had sticky drink stuff on it from previous guests. Just an oversight as everything else was perfect. Really liked the hotel.

Great Stay

This was a great in-city hotel. The rooms (we had 2) were charming with high ceilings, moldings, decorative fireplace, etc. The staff were all super nice and helpful.

Good location but food and facilities very average. Room very dusty and the size similar to a budget hotel. All seemed to be done on the cheap - 2 teabags and hardly any milk in the room with 1 packet of 2 biscuits for 2 people. Certainly not 4 star. Restaurant food very average but £150 supper for 2. The stay was very disappointing for the price.
