When I walked in the room, I placed my key on the dresser over the fridge and a Cockroach ran past my hand, down under toward the fridge area!! I was totally grossed out. They moved me to a room far from that room, but I was disgusted even in the next room, felt very uneasy and didn’t sleep well. Just wanted the next morning to come so we could leave. The room seemed clean but bugs are definitely red flags, put all our food in the fridge and didn’t leave anything out. Now going home I’m afraid to bring my luggage in.

Pictures of property are no where near what it looks like currently. Area around the hotel isn't nice, we did not feel safe especially when we would arrive late to our hotel. Hotel keys or door key malfunction and that was a hassle.

We have stayed at this property every year for last 3 years around the Christmas. We checkin in the evenings and out the next day. The best part of this place is the breakfast, not too fancy but serve decent clean place with hot breakfast egg omelette , bacons , toasts , fruits, , pastries, juices, pan cakes, potatoes, yougurt, jams, coffee, tea. It was wonderful to get an hour late checkout that makes it convenient for us to be in time(not early) to Gilroy theme park. And yeah, walking distance from factory outlets. We use the morning time before checkout to look around the outlets.

Check in was good, the staff was pleasant. Our room was comfortable. It had a fireplace which was really cool. The parking lot is shared by a black bear diner which was convenient for breakfast. I would definitely same there again.
