Indoor Track Event!

We were in town for Wyoming Indoor 3A State Track. Wyngate was a great motel and will recommend it to family and friends! Staff was great very friendly and willing to help if we had any problems. Which we had none! Thanks for comfortable room and great breakfast!

Originally they gave us a key to a room that when we opened the door, someone was already in that room. The other room we got had the door around the handle screwed back on after someone clearly used something to pry the door open, you could see inside the room because the door was so messed up. The side entrances to the hotel had no lock and were accessible 24 hours, no key needed. The 1st morning the hotel had to ask me again what room I was in because the room they thought they had put me in the night before was the wrong room. There was weird black stuff on the curtains, there was what looked like puke on the carpet that had barely been cleaned up. I booked and paid through Expedia so I couldn't even cancel the room for the 2nd night and move to another hotel. I didn't get any kind of compensation and the hotel staff acted like they were tired of dealing with me. I was perfectly polite about it all and I shouldn't have been! It was a terrible experience and I will never stay there again. I would rather sleep in my car than that hotel! Oh and the pool was freezing and the "Hot" tub was luke warm. The toilet wasn't clean and the shower was gross as well.

When we had checked in we were accidentally booked in a room that had already been occupied by another family, the property was very busy so this was understandable and addressed quickly and staff was very responsive. We were disappointed with the water pressure for it was too weak to supply the shower head. We were also disappointed to find the hot tub was not warm and pool was very cold.

Our bed was hard as a rock. Our room key wouldn’t unlock our door the entire stay. We went to the front desk 4 times about the key not working and each time we got told that it was probably dead batteries and they would get someone to change them, they still hadn’t changed them by the time we left. Went to the front desk for something different and there was no one to be found for about 15 minutes until another customer called the front desk from the lobby. Front desk clerk was on her personal cell the entire time talking to customers. The pool was ice cold and the hot tub was cold but not listed out of order. The room was dirty, mirror was broken in the bathroom, and the tub was gross. Breakfast food was cold. We will not stay here again…

Overbooked hotel

I booked back in Sept. I tried to cancel one night of a three night stay and was told I could not cancel so I sent a message saying that we would not be there until the second night and to not give our room away. When I arrived the front desk lady was dismissive and said they’d overbooked and I didn’t have a reservation. She didn’t even look at my itinerary number or try to help in any way. She actually had done the same to the customer in front of me in line. Over and over she said they had overbooked like that was my problem. I spent over an hour trying to find a room so my daughter and I didn’t have to sleep in the car or travel home and back again the next morning. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer and service for a fault on their part and will not be booking this hotel again.

Horrible customer service

When we checked in we were given a dirty room. When we approached front desk she was rude and annoyed she has to "stay late to clean" the room and stop playing her game on her phone. The room was half cleaned mostly just wiped down and new bedding and towels. It was now almost 1am. When i left the next morning i asked for my room to be cleaned properly. It needed to be vaccumed swept and mopped at least. That was not done when i can back at 10 pm. Still had finger nails from the people before us in the carpet, boogers, cleaning sponge in tub, old hairties in corners, crushed food under chairs ect.After multiple attempts to reach management and almost a week i was finally called back by a rude manager who could not care less. Others in the hallways told us they also arrived to filthy un cleaned rooms the night before us. Do not stay here unless you are absolutely desperate and i would bring my own cleaners. The staff here need a MAJOR rehaul starting with management. Add photo option is not working or i would post all the nasty photos i have including a HUGE very old booger on the BEDDING

Made a reservation for this hotel 3 months prior to stay. Received a confirmation email with confirmation number for our reservation. Upon check in, the front desk agent was rude, would not get off her cell phone to focus on the customers. Then stated they did not have any rooms available, even though we had a reservation and confirmation number. She had stated they had overbooked the hotel (not sure how this is possible). I will never book at a Wyndham hotel again.

Gave us a room with one bed for 3 people. Asked for a roll-a-way. Just said “I don’t think we have one” but never made an effort to actually look for one. We ended up having to go buy an air mattress. Everything we asked for was met with “I don’t think or I don’t know…”. The pool was freezing cold and the hot tub jets didn’t work. The bedding they gave us for the air mattress was stained. Very poor customer service.

This place is crumbling our room on 3rd floor had water coming out of ceiling getting the carpet wet also another wet area by bathroom got worse next day smelled like musty water. Smoke detector missing CODE....We just delt with it seemed like there were many staffing issues...no excuse though..

The check in process was quick and easy. Just had to sign one paper. The room was spacious and nicer than I expected. However, there was a whirlpool tub in our room that needed to be cleaned out before use. Other than that, it was a great stay!
