No outlets to charge phones, exhaust fan did not work, toilet seat ready to fall off and the first room they put us in was a basement handicap room which they said we requested and we did not. Noise was bad. They finally put us on the 3rd floor. We had a lot of luggage to carry up to the 3rd floor no elevator. Plus they charged us more to move to another room.

No shampoo in our room, but neither did the room across the hall. The breakfast was very poor as was the coffee maker it was like instant coffee. Also the breakfast room was way too small. I will say the beds were the best and very comfortable. I won’t use Quality Inn again. Price drove us there but not worth it.

Overall for the price it was a good value. There were two issues, the shower faucet was not working right but we were still able to take a good shower. The beds were too soft. The staff was nice.
