Very nice hotel, staff nice and attentive. Would stay there again. First time staying here and was an extremely good experience. The morning breakfast was very good with plenty of coffee and juices. The only thing I would recommend to ask for a room on the West side of the building if rooms are available due to the coal trucks starting to roll by at around 5:30 a.m. utilizing noisy Jake brakes.

Excellent breakfast. Beautiful property. Clean(ish) rooms... (a little hair in the tub and the corners of the carpets are dusty). Perfect location for Cam-Plex, plus our room looks out over a beautiful green field. And the mid-week price is right.

Going down hill

Room was dirty upon arrival. We asked fot it to be cleaned while we went to dinner came back and it was still dirty. The internet did not reach our room. They have no cable or dish it is all streaming so the TVs were useless. We had the suite so 3 TVs that are worthelss the pictures were from after they "cleaned " again.

The hotel was clean and the front desk staff was friendly. Stayed 2 nights. Lobby has comfortable seating to relax and read. Room had a Keurig coffee maker but only decaf pods. Asked the front desk several several times about regular pods but they were unable to locate any. The room isn't cleaned during your stay, so ask for extra towels when you check in.

The hotel was very noisy. Guests running up and down the stairwell right up to the quiet time. Breakfast selection was limited and Beds were way to soft for my liking. Hotel still was a decent stay.

Exceptionally loud filled with sports teams that were not properly chaperoned. Called front desk at almost midnight yo complain anf they sad”it happens all the time!” Doors slam if not held and shut by you. You do rooms don’t do that. Need to fix doors and enforce your quiet time signs for 10 pm that are posted everywhere! Now we know why! Really a shame because it is a nice building and could be quite nice!

Dirty and nothing working

We have 3 TV's in the suite not one will connect to the internet to stream and they have no cable or dish so the TVs are worthless. Outlet by the bed doesn't work. Hall light flickers, telephone doesn’t work. The place was dirty when we arrived asked for it to be clean while we went to dinner. The pictures are after they "cleaned" again

This is a nice hotel with great staff. I go to Gillette several times a year and this is my favorite place to stay. It is a little bit out of town but across the street from the Camplex event center. Comparable to a Hampton Inn but a lot less price. Hot breakfast is very good and you can get snacks on sight.
