A new hotel very close to Meitetsu train station, the room size is big and clean. Although the onsen is artificial, the water temprature is 41C which is nice. The breakfast doesn't offer much varieties, but the quality and quantity is good enough. The coin laundry is exceptional good with pre-cleaning and live monitoring via app.

The hotel is very new and the checkin process was all done with the machines at reception. The staff were nice and helpful. The location is very convenience and the castle is within walkable distance with around 20 minutes of walking. They have a very large parjing lot, which is very convenient.

スタッフの方々は非常に丁寧で親切でした。 駅から近いのでアクセスは良好です。 飲食店は駅周辺は多くありません。 大浴場だけ残念でした。 汚くて入れませんでした。 大浴場も楽しみだったのですが、シャワーのみで済ませました。 普通のお湯も桃のお湯も両方とも目視で分かるほど汚れていました。 後から来た方々も入ろうとして水面を見てビックリ、動きが止まるといった感じでした。 脱衣所にリファのドライヤーがあり、おお！凄いなーと乾かしながら目線をあげればエアコンからホコリが収まり切らず塊で飛び出しているのが見えました。 残念、、

こども用のアメニティを用意してくれていてありがたかった。１階のレストランが夜も営業していて、疲れて外食できない時に利用できたので良かった。朝ごはんの野菜プレートがついてきてヘルシーで、クオリティが高かった。
