I booked last minute to avoid driving so much in one day and I was pleasantly surprised! The staff were so friendly. The pool was warm and cheerful with so much natural light and views. The furnishings were up to date. And the drive to Liberty was scenic and you could see the slopes for a lot of the drive which was nice.

No AI Robots at this Hotel

Great location and well kept , clean property with friendly "live" checkin ..enough of those "robots" at the lower standard Hotels in the US now...they hide in their offices behind a screen too lazy to even greet guests....and finally a Hotel that says no to dogs and cats ...enough leave them at home they are not "people"..

Impeccably maintained, poor service

I stay here pretty regularly when I visit GB College. It’s not too far from the school and impeccably clean and maintained. Customer service was meh. Came in from a very long drive, front desk person acted like I was a bother. When I mentioned I’d be cutting my stay by a day and checking out early because of the storm (an hour after the published check out time) they told me I’d be billed for the next day anyway (even though the room hadn’t been used since they cleaned that day.) The staff isn’t rude, they just don’t act like they care about customers at all.
