Overall, the hotel is great. The property is very clean and easily accessible. My room was quite spacious and comfortable. The staff are courteous and polite, contributing positively to the experience. There are several options available for breakfast, which is appreciated. However, the food is typically served at room temperature, and staff tend to wait until items are fully depleted before refilling, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, most of the staff do not speak English, which may pose communication challenges for some guests. Alicia at the front desk was very courteous and professional. The service she provided exceeded my expectations. One minor inconvenience is that the rooms do not have a full-length mirror, which may be a drawback for some travelers.

Over exceeded my expectations. This hotel was so nice and flawless! You can literally lick the floor. The bed was super firm which I really enjoyed. Bathroom was nice and stocked with basic hygiene essentials. Water was super hot. The breakfast buffet was amazing but get there early becuz they don’t restock through the time frame, when it’s gone it’s gone. My only wish was they had their own pool. They share one with a gym next door or behind the property.

Nice clean hotel. More of a business hotel. The food and breakfast is not the best. If you’re looking for a variety this is not the option. There is only Asian cuisine and it was not very appetizing for me and family but we made do. Not likely to stay here again.

The hotel has a few strong points: the rooms are clean and spacious, and the central location is very convenient. However, several issues made the stay less enjoyable. There was a persistent sewage smell outside and an unpleasant odor in the kitchen/dining area. Room keys had to be reset daily, which was frustrating. Communication was difficult as most staff spoke little to no English. Additionally, the hotel only offers 220V outlets, which can be problematic for some travelers. Overall, while the room quality and location are positives, the other shortcomings need improvement.
