I mentioned to the poolside supervisor that the WiFi wasnt working, the woman told me I have to be a guest to access that. Hello I was a guest ma'am. She was a supervisor sitting behind the bar in a suit. They assume too much instead of just providing hospitality.

The appearance was nice. However my room did not have cable to all channels and was not clear, the room did not have any wash clothes. Had to request clean towels 4 times before they delivered them.

Some of the fixtures are run down and the bathroom needs descaling. However it was vost effective, convenient and great upgrade with the toiletries. I love the extra touch with the bedroom slippers, toothbrush, brush and comb set, shoe shine and the regular lotion etc.
